Let me come to your kitchen (or to your backyard grill) and show you how to create a few delicious, healthy, and good looking dishes with very little effort.
Invite friends and family for an hour or two of tasty learning experience. We'll cook a complete meal while learning about menu planning, ingredient selections, and cooking techniques, and reviewing the recipes and techniques most suitable for your lifestyle and family size. And then we eat!

Summer grilling: burgers and beyond. When the weather permits, cook the entire dinner on the grill. Serve grilled meat or fish accompanied with grilled seasonal vegetables; make simple fresh salad; then grill some ripe fruits to top your ice cream.
Weeknight dinner at home. Soups, salads, pastas and quick meat, fish and vegetable dishes that can be ready in minutes.
Homemade stocks and soups. They are the secret behind this homecooked aroma. Tasty, and economical, too.
Winter comforts: stews and braises. This is slow cooking at it's best: the dish mostly cooks itself, with very little help from the cook.

Festive paella. Spanish classic that is fun to make indoors or out, looks impressive, and adapts easily to your tastes and available ingredients.

Impress you date: easy fine dinner for two. No need to sweat to impress that special someone. Three (well, maybe five) ingredient dishes can be delicious, beautiful, and romantic enough to enjoy by the fireplace while everybody else waits in line outside restaurants for Valentine 's dinner.
